Cancellation policy

You can cancel up to 48 hours before an appointment. Deposits are payable at time of booking and non refundable if cancelling within 48 hours of your booking. Full payment is payable if you do not show for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time.

Patch testing 

Patch testing is compulsory for treatments requiring them. If your treatment asks for you to be patch tested then this must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the treatment. Failure to comply will result in you being refused treatment.
Should you show up for treatment or not show for patch test when you have not allowed for patch test you will be refused treatment and required to Pay the price of the treatment in full. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.

If you do not come for your patch test 48 hours before your treatment and your treatment has to be cancelled...you will be liable to pay the full treatment price.

Patch testing must be repeated every 3 months unless it has been less than three months since your last treatment of that type. All patch tests are different for different treatments so separate ones are necessary.

if you have had Covid since tour last treatment or patch test you must attend for retesting. 

The salon is open TUESDAY to SATURDAY 10am till 5pm and late on Wednesday. Bear this in mind when you are booking your appointment. No appointment for patch test is necessary as you can just pop in during opening hours. (Please check first if coming on a Saturday as I do sometimes take time off)

The salon phone line is not manned so any messages left may not be received for 24/48hours. 

It is your sole responsibility to come for patch tests. No reminder will be given.
